Dana listens. She explains what I need to understand. Her nurses respond quickly to inquiries. I had two knee replacements under her care and that communication was vital.

Dana listened to my opinion about a new medicine she had prescribed for me. She and Cierra promptly worked to get a pre-authorization done in just a couple of days so that my insurance would cover most of the cost of the medication, which is too expensive for me to afford on my own. Because of their efforts, l was able to get it filled before the approaching winter storm came thru, which I was greatly appreciative of. I big thank you to Dana and Cierra for this!
