Pagan is friendly/great "bedside manner", and easy to talk to. He is patient and kind if I have questions about the procedure, etc.
He cared ! He was really kind as was his shadow worker another Ortho new to the place I think ? I wish he could have done more but the rules tied to my knee prevented treatment too soon
