He cared ! He was really kind as was his shadow worker another Ortho new to the place I think ? I wish he could have done more but the rules tied to my knee prevented treatment too soon

Had a nice conversation w him before someone else took my X-rays and ten min later when he was reviewing my X-rays he asked the same questions about my personal life I had just talked with him about 10 min before . Doesn’t make you feel very important to him if he can’t remember where you work or that he even asked you where you work in the matter of ten min
