He was professional, explained what he was doing and why and patiently answered my questions. He was kind and had me in and out in no time.
He was awesome, friendly and compassionate. Nurse was very friendly too. They both made the arrangements very personal, even though the shot hurt they asked me several times if I was okay.
There should be more than 5 stars! Craig did everything right, from making sure I understood what we were doing, to making sure I was comfortable. This was as pleasant as any getting-a-needle-in-your-hip could possibly be. 😁
