Was a very nice man and explained everything.
Craig was absolutely FANTASTIC. He went far above to fit me into his tight schedule after he learned that the LGH Orthopedics cancelled my surgery at the last minute. My nature is such that I tend to ask medical providers a lot of questions. Craig was very understanding and happy to answer my questions. He immediately diagnosed my situation and decided on a course of action. He was receptive to my request to numb the injection site before inserting a lidocaine injection. Craig also talked his way all through the procedure explaining what he was doing. In my opinion he a caring and professional provider. I think some people call it excellent bedside manner. His willingness to squeeze me into his busy day ensured that I wouldn't have to take my issue into the weekend which would have made my condition worse. It's important that a medical provider be caring and I think Craig went far beyond caring about my condition and desperate situation. Thanks Craig ~ for everything.
