Really nice & knowledgeable, but he never examined my teen. He sat across the room, asked her questions & had her try to move on her own. That shocked me. I have never seen a health care professional not do a hands on physical exam, especially orthopedics.

Sneaky and dishonest. My consult with the PA-C was fine but I was given a brace once it was placed on my hand by the nurse I was given an iPad to sign on a line and told “we will submit everything from today to your insurance”. After I left the building I received a text with a copy of the form that I actually signed which stated the brace cost $310. I looked it up and the exact same brace is sold at Target for $25. Of course, the form said at the bottom that once any equipment leaves the building it is non refundable. None of this was communicated to me by anyone at LOG. I found this to be very deceitful and predatory.

Very thorough in explaining and answering all questions. He spent an adequate amount of time and not rushed.
