She was very pleasant and nice to relate to, but I forgot to tell her that my bottom was sore at first, so when I mentioned it later, she didn't say or do anything about it.

Very through and explained in detail and listen to my concers
I have been in LOG’s care since 1988. This was my first bad experience. Nothing personal, but Courtney was distracted and unfocused to say the least. Her comments made no sense and were quite frankly irrelevant. Her demeanor was cold as well. I spent a total of 1.5 hours at LOG yesterday, most of it spent in room number 2 waiting for Courtney. Super disappointed.
