Amazing bed side manner. He took time to listen to symtoms and explain the needs behind each exam. Created plan of care that suited my needs ans comfort level.
My son has dealt with frequent, severe nosebleeds for quite some time and we went to see Collins Boateng for the first time last year. Rather than cauterizing the vein at the time, we opted for Vaseline treatments which worked great for a while. We’re back in the cold months now so we’re unfortunately back to the nosebleeds. Collins was amazing at explaining the cauterizing process to our 8 year old and calming his nerves. He made him laugh, showed him the tools, and took his time to make sure he was comfortable. We were in and out in under an hour and left feeling confident about the procedure. Excellent bedside manner, professional work ethic, and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Collins did a great job listening to me and ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure. However, afterwards felt like a sales pitch for a product I didn't need (not related to my issue). Additionally. no written summary of recommended care and no portal.
