I had a really positive experience at this urgent care, largely because of the incredible care I received from Codi and Derrick. From the moment I arrived, Codi was attentive, calm, and incredibly thorough. She explained everything clearly, asked for my consent before examining me, and always told me exactly where she was going to touch and what she was doing. That level of respect and communication meant a lot, especially since I was nervous and not feeling well.
During my visit I experienced a vasovagal response while getting an IV, which had never happened to me before. It was scary, but Codi noticed immediately, guided me through it step by step, and stayed right with me until I was stable. She got me an ice pack, adjusted the lights, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. Derrick was learning and assisting, and he was just as kind and professional. They worked together beautifully as a team. Both of them listened carefully and made me feel genuinely cared for.

Codi was willing to talk with me about my concerns even after our appointment time was finished and some of my questions may have seemed a little silly. The entire staff was very friendly. It was a great visit.
