Clare Croghan, PA-C

Clare Croghan is a Physician Assistant (PA-C), with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University and a Master's of Physician Assistant Studies from Union College PA Program. She is board-certified and excited to establish care with patients at the Elk Horn Rural Health Clinic.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Clare is a graduate of Harlan Community High School and currently lives in Harlan with her husband, Brett, and their two sons, Callahan and Oliver. “I was born and raised in Shelby County, and I am very excited about the opportunity to work in this community as a provider at Myrtue Medical Center," said Clare. "It is a very special feeling being able to work alongside providers who have taught me so much about medicine and also seeing familiar faces each day. I look forward to serving in the community that I have always called home.”
