Claire was very helpful to me today, in that she advised me about the deteriorating condition of both of my knees and that after several weeks of treatment, such as fluid withdrawal, two protocols of injections, they are getting worse, and the decisive thing to do is schedule surgery at my earliest convenience. Her confidence and medical experience and knowledge were a great benefit to me in understanding and deciding what to do. I am very grateful to her.
