Great attention to detsil
Chris is completely honest with his assessment even if it's tough to hear and recommends the best course of action if there is an issue. He listens to my concerns whether it's physical or mental and he makes me feel like I'm being heard. I've been with Dr Brooks office since 2007 and the importance of working with 1 person is my biggest demand. I worked with a doctor there for about 6 years in the beginning (she no longer with the company) and before Chris I had a couple people evaluate me & they made me extremely uncomfortable especially with their service. It was to the point where I was ready to switch primary care locations. Considering I live 30 minutes away from the office it made sense. However when I first met Chris, he completely showed me why I prefer this location. I think he saved that practice in my opinion. If he isn't available I will reschedule and I recommend anyone looking for someone that's genuine tactful and honest, he is the perfect PA to choose.
