She earned her Physician Assistant degree from the Weill Cornell Medical PA Program in 1991 and began her career at St. Francis Hospital in New York. During her 13-year tenure there, she served as Coordinator for the Department of Surgery, overseeing surgical workflow, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
For the past 21 years, Ms. Kelly has specialized in colon and rectal surgery with Optum Care, where she developed expertise in managing complex surgical cases and coordinating comprehensive care. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing surgical practice, fostering collaboration, and improving patient outcomes.
Ms. Kelly has recently joined Integrated Medical Professionals (IMP), where her practice now expands to urology and women’s health.
