Christina Neal, MHS, PA-C

Christy Neal, PA-C, is an experienced women’s health and primary care provider who partners closely with her patients to deliver highly personalized, relationship-centered care. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she is known for her thoughtful approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to helping women achieve optimal health at every stage of life.

Christy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and her Master of Health Science from The George Washington University, where she completed her Physician Assistant training. Throughout her career, she has cared for a diverse patient population while focusing on preventive medicine, long-term wellness, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

She has particular expertise in adolescent health, diabetes management, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and provides comprehensive support ranging from preconception counseling to complex chronic disease management. Christy believes exceptional healthcare begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique goals and develops tailored care plans that prioritize both medical excellence and overall well-being.

In addition to her clinical work, Christy serves on the Executive Leadership Team at Comprehensive Women’s Health, where she has led key quality initiatives and helped strengthen the practice’s participation in the Maryland Primary Care Program, reflecting her commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.

A lifelong Maryland resident, Christy enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her husband and two children, and staying actively involved in her community. She welcomes patients in the Glenn Dale and Silver Spring offices and looks forward to building lasting healthcare partnerships grounded in trust, availability, and personalized attention.
