Christina was great! I truly appreciated how she thoroughly reviewed my file, and provided a solid diagnosis that explained exactly what I was going through.

Christina is very professional and considerate. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasant one, with a thorough explanation of what was going to happen during my upcoming surgery.

Christina is ALL business! However there are not enough accolades to shower her with. After 6 days in the hospital and an additional 13 days in a Rehap Center, I able to visit with her and had my 28 staples removed as well as one of the most moving pep talks I have ever received. Tough love, real talk and facts but mostly support and encouragement. OrthoArizona and their patients are blessed to have this young lady in their employ.

I absolutely loved my visit with Christina. She had a way to of giving me a calm confidence through her knowledge, and explaition of this particular procedure.

She spent less than 5 minutes with me. She acted as if I wasn’t worth her time. I am in pain and have been treated so poorly by this office. I don’t ask for medication, I am not seeking drugs, but I want to get better and she can’t even spend time with me to explain what is going on. The office as a whole is a huge disappointment. They don’t listen to me when I explain something and then call me back to get clarification that wouldn’t be necessary if they would have just listened. They told me that an authorization was pending from my insurance and after a month and a half of so much pain I called back again to find out what was going on only to find out they never sent in the authorization request as they told me they had. They would have just forgotten me because they don’t care. This place is a joke.

Very professional and efficient!

Christina Fieh, PA did a really wonderful job. Her tone and temp were very calming. In addition we discovered we needed to go over some imaging that had been overlooked - she took the time to do it and to have the doctor review as well. Some may be upset that it was overlooked - but let’s reframe - a normal human possibility is to overlook something, they responded with humility, they reviewed everything carefully (instead of a pretend excuse or a quick made up answer to pretend they saw everything, she carefully went over all options, offered encouragement with stories of success they have had, checked in on my mental health while I’m dealing with this time in my recovery, restated the plan for me and altogether felt like someone who cared because she did. I am a tough critic on the things that truly matter.

Great bedside manner, obviously knew her stuff, and she made me comfortable with the next steps
