Loved her. Was only my first appointment but I'm happy with it.

Arrogant, rude bed side manner. I believe in honesty, but delivery is key. You should not boldly state that "there is no reason to be obese, especially in this day and age with all the medications available." Not every one has insurance and can afford them out of pocket. You should also not ask someone what type of "vermin" they have because they see scratches or tell someone they won't treat them because they have them.She would cancel surgery if her patient had scratches. Every one has a back story and should not judge. Just because the practitioner has had a couple of hard "come to Jesus" meetings, doesn't mean every patient wants them. I was there for a simple service, not to be belittled or judged. I'm aware of my faults. I would not recommend this women to anyone and will do my damnest to not schedule with her again.

Glad to get in and get an answer. She was great. Office was unable to supply a brace, probably insurance related, and Schwieterman's was out of my size, so that was difficult. I wish they had explained why they couldn't supply the brace.

Second time going to Christa. I really like going to her because she’s very easy to talk to and knows what she’s doing. She gave me a cortisone shot today and it hurt very little. Just what I was looking for because I’m not a fan of shots. Thanks Christa!

I don't know this person enough to say anything. One way or another. I was given the incorrect physician. Now I have to go to another actual hip replacement doctor. Which is who I should have seen in the first place.

Dr. Guggenbiller is very caring & shows she loves her job by wanting the best for her patients. She is friendly and doesn’t rush you through your appointment, making sure you feel comfortable about all decisions. I highly recommend her services for ortho care!

Knee is really tender so I have been doing lot of walking. When I sit then get up it throbs . Hope it is better tomorrow.

My appt. Was at 7:40 and I guy came in after I did and told the front desk person his appt was at 7:45! They put us each in different rooms and she saw him first! I waited in that room for over an half hour! Christa was a very sweet asst. I trust all the doctors and staff with my care! I have been blessed with excellent service from all the doctors and staff at OIO over a lot of years! They have always made me better! I did feel thought that I should have waited that long to be seen! I have been seen by many of the Doctors there and my surgeries have always been very successful! I tell everyone that OIO is the best place with very professional staff! Thank you for all the good service and healing that I have received over all these years! I do like to be seen though close to my scheduled time and not after someone who came in after me and was scheduled for a time after me but was seen before me! Very small complaint though for all the many years of good service and care I have received

Having a double fracture :wrist is not easy and very painful. It’s unlikely to be treated rudely when the PA states how much thirds type of injury hurts but barely gives anything for the horrible pain and treats patients like a criminal for asking. I also feel discriminated against because I’m paying myself because I don’t currently have insurance . I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at all. Doctor wasn’t there!
