Chris was very professional and personable. He explained exactly how he was going to remove my sutures and was very gentle when doing so. Chris answered all of my questions so I could understand them. I felt very at ease during the visit which didn’t take long.

He seemed a little rushed. It took him a while to adjust his tempo to our list of questions. Because of memory issues, we had a list of questions. He did settle into our pace after a few minutes.

Chris did an excellent job, just not happy how things are changing. Dr Patel is my doctor and I haven’t seen him since the day I decided to have the surgery. It is reassuring to see the doctor right before surgery, not just for family to be told the surgery went well.
