I actually saw Dr. Heichel, not the PA. This was my first time meeting Dr. Heichel, he was very personable, he took a lot of time explaining things, and was very honest and down to earth. Highly recommend.
Explained well enough but there’s little ENT can do.

Went through it very fast about 5 minutes. Granted it was a post op appointment that should have been an allergy testing consult. Just told my kid nasal spray and allergy meds. Which we are trying to figure out the problem not mask it.
