Great job
I'm sorry, but it was very unprofessional. Besides barely letting me speak or explain what happened, she was fixated on my belly because of her pregnancy, and on top of that, she hurt my leg. She lifted the accommodation restrictions without properly investigating my accident, nor the MRI I brought, nor the x-ray reports I had. To top it all off, she took the same x-rays to tell me the same thing they had already told me. I went there hoping they would at least give me an injection for the pain, because she wouldn't talk and talk. She didn't let me ask questions. What's the point of visiting a PA if they don't even give you the opportunity to ask questions and make decisions so quickly? Do they know if you've worked your whole life or not? But calm is beautiful and it never takes long for people to get their way.
Answered all of my questions, explained procedure and what to expect afterward. Very professional and very kind.
