Very customer care focused
Chloe came in to see me with a smile immediately asking how I was feeling. She obviously read my file and was able to recant issues from my prior visit. She was confident, concerned and caring. She was very professional and advised me of my options clearly and concisely. I had questions which she answered thoughtfully. I left feeling well taken care of and not in fear of my diagnosis and she said I could revisit with any issues if I had to or she’d sue me in 6 months. Chloe is the best PA ever.
