Charlotte Petin appeared & sounded as if she was minimizing concerns about the state of recovery process. When asked how much time elevating treated leg was advised the answer was not clear. There was no clear recommendation as to what type of support hose would be beneficial. She didn’t ask if the blood clotting medication should continue (low dose aspirin) or if there was a need for prescription refills. There was no clear instructions except that it was too soon for physical therapy which contradicted the written handouts I receive from the Core Institute hospital.
