While Charles was professional and informative, there was a lack of empathy and basic human kindness. The questions came too quickly. The responses were fired off without much consideration. This is supposed to be "Health Care." Not hurry up, I have another patient to get to. I arrived not knowing what was wrong. I left without knowing what was wrong.
