I came in due to redness and warm near my knee arthroplasty incision site. Charles examined it and assured me that it was ok and healing well. He placed a large bandage over the incision site, re-wrapped the ace bandage and adjusted my leg brace so it will stay in place. He was very professional and showed concern for my wellbeing. He answered all my questions. Charles is an excellent PA.

This was my first time using Orthopaedics East & Sports Medicine Center and any of the medical services in Greenville, after being referred by FastMed. Dr. Kresho was very patient friendly, and concerned for my visit to the Center. His assistants as well as the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. I made the right decision to follow up with my issue before returning back to Connecticut and I am thankful for the service I received.

PreOp and PostOp appointments very different. PreOp, little information re upcoming surgery, expectations, prescription meds phoned in but not discussed at appt. Left appt disappointed as at each Pre-Op level told "PA" will discuss with you. PostOp - concerned, attentive to recovery, open discussion, and to call and schedule if recurring symptom does not improve or worsens. For PostOp appt, I give PA Kresho 5 stars as he was informative and willing to assist. For PreOp appt, have to chalk up to medical personnel under stress because of timelines, medical regs, and Covid Guidelines and restrictions.

Kresho was prompt, familiar with my medical issue and records. Reviewed information re surgery, place, Rx, xrays taken on site, provided orders for pre-surgery tests. Suggestion: All Appointments were scheduled in advance except patient testing. Would be more efficient in time and travel to schedule within a reasonable time directly after CK.

I appreciate the kind, prompt and efficient care that I received as well as the instructions I received with regard to what I can do to improve my results.
