Mr Klein is always excellent, my kids see him and my dad sees him now however the lady that took my temp and BP needs to learn not to judge people, her whole demeanor changed when I refused the flu/covid test because I didn’t want it shoved up my nose, especially when the CDC still says u can test for flu with a throat swab

I was treated professionally & couetesally. My veins are hard to find & drawing blood is sometimes an uncomfortable experience, but today, the nurses made it a fun visit. I am always treated well at MCH C.
