I’ve never had a worse experience with a PCP. Every visit and scheduling lab work is a reinventing of the wheel. I’m so done with them. I changed to a different PCP and they honored my word which means they honored my needs without doing battle.

Very professional, kind man. He rolled out the welcome mat then got to work laying out a health care plan for the next six months. Made me, a brand new patient, feel right at home. Great job.
