Called in prescriptions in to wrong pharmacy.
Charles Gray is an excellent PCP. Based on my six (?) appointments with him, and of my picking his brain re several health concerns, I suggest he be given a raise and whatever additional support staff he needs. Seriously, he's the experienced and empathetic practitioner whom patients would follow to other locations. Support staff, in my view, is all over the map: helpful and courteous, cranky and just going through the motions, young and insecure. Bring the ENTIRE practice up to a high level, then promote the place and you' won't have to keep putting out daily fires. You'll also need larger quarters and will be ready to pitch Physician Partners as a strong story of the [relatively] new era of better utilization of experienced PAs. (Willing to help with that.)
