Always friendly, informative, thorough and extremely helpful with my mother. Having patience with a dementia patient who needs things explained in a way she can understand is invaluable. We love coming to this office. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, our NP/PA and Dr. Ramos, we feel lucky and wish this was the only office we needed!

Chanelle was very informative, patient, thorough, and made me feel like she cared. She made me feel that what I had to say about my body mattered. She wasn't dismissive in any way such as I've experienced and witnessed with many other medical professionals recently. I highly recommend her.
