Chad Swaims, PA-C, is a physician assistant and one of the graduates of the inaugural doctorate degree in orthopedic surgery for physician assistants. He served as a family practice PA in the US Army for eight years prior to attending his residency. He enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with his wife of more than 31 years and his children. Although Chad is trained and enjoys all orthopedic surgical conditions, his passion lies in spinal disorders to include the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.

Dr. Chad was not interested in hearing my symptoms, cut me off, and was very condescending.
He kept me laughing, kept me informed.I'd recommend him danybuddy
Chad demonstrates empathy, appears very knowledgeable and competent. He provided a go forward plan for me that relieved some anxiety and gave me confidence we will be able to really help my back pain.
I find it difficult explaining my concerns/condition to doctor because he repeatedly explaining the technical details to me even before he completely listen my questions or concern.
