She was very kind, intelligent and asked questions to be very thorough; provided me with a way to get further evaluated; scheduled a future appointment with Dr. Rothermel. Very good visit. Definitely 5 ⭐!
One thing I suggested, because I noticed and was very impressed with the office update and more efficient use of space, seating should be made available at the check-in kiosks. The check-in kiosks, without seating, are hard to manage, as a disabled elderly person. They're already hard, as we elderly people don't appreciate EVERYTHING being computerized!! But, having to stand to input and scan all cards and information is practically impossible for some of us. Please consider a better plan in that regard.
