I was impressed. Catalina was so thorough. She explained everything so I could understand what had happened, showing me my ex rays . I really liked her.

Catalina was very knowledgeable and explained and executed the procedure well.
After two other staff impatiently didn’t wait for anesthesia to work in my knees, and too quickly then administered shots to my knees, causing unnecessary pain, I next explained what happened to Catalina and asked her to do the opposite please. She was patient, went slowly, and almost zero pain as a result, on two occasions. I won’t see anyone else for this procedure, but Catalina.
Despite the fact Catalina is a KC chiefs fan, she was so personable and knowledgeable about my surgery and incision. She answered all of my questions
