Casey himself is great, 0 complaints about him.I was a little annoyed when i went to the wrong location at first for my appointment.Which was my fault but i told the staff of this mistake at the south location and they said they would inform the banner gateway address of me being on my way.I get there check in and wait 5-10 min only to be told Casey had went to lunch.Not faulting him but i wish my arrival was at least relayed to the office because no one told the location i was On my way.Because when i arrived no one had any clue about the delay.I was then told to come back an hour later. I’m annoyed because every time,I come for an appointment without failure i get there before my appointment time (outside of yesterday).So if my appointment is at 12:30 im there on or before 12:30.I am always then made to wait 15-20 minutes after the “scheduled” appointment.Makes me question why i have an appointment at all.I’ve also seen people arrive well after me and they get called back before me.
