Grateful she spends so much attention with her patients, but I waited well over an hour not in the comfortable waiting room chairs, but in the office. Add that to the 15 minutes I arrived early to comply with multiple office requests.

She provided a thorough and focused exam and shared the significance of the finding. She explained clearly what the problem is and treatment/medications that were prescribed.

She was very informative and explained pictures taken during my surgery in detail.

Casey wasn’t very thorough in her explanation of how to prepare for surgery in 2 weeks.

I have had two appointments scheduled with this individual and certainly not by choice. She projects how I should feel and has definitely not listened to my concerns about my pain & other matters related to and/or stemming from my injury.

Casey was very helpful, gave me all the time i needed and never seemed like it was a rush to be somewhere else.

She didn't answer questions and it didn't matter what we said. A Dr order for nursing care after hospital release for a 81 year old that *cannot* go back to her apt is critical. The issue remains unresolved at this time.
