She explained things very well and was very professional.
Super nice and very good with a needle. Felt almost nothing.
The doctor and staff was nice enough. But I never saw my x rays I didn’t get any patient education on my way out just med instructions which were on the medication. The girl who gave me my boot was EXTREMELY rude didn’t even call me by my name just motioned for me to come back and said “this is what we’re billing your insurance and this is what you have to pay if you want to leave with a boot do you want to do it or not” and I was so taken aback I said yes she then tried to shove it and myself out of the door until I told her I had never worn one before and so begrudgingly help me put it on and sent me on my way. I have no idea how long I should wear it during the day, should I sleep in it? Etc and when I tried to log on to the portal to look or send a message there was no way to do so. I’ve seen Dr. Valvani several times and have never experienced this type of treatment with his staff so over all this was a very confusing and disappointing experience. Again the doctor MAs were nice
Very nice. Very helpful
