Very strictly business but guess gets job done well. Was told as I checked out I owe $30 Told girl this is follow up She said after 3 months I have to pay each time because I should be well by then. Most like I will not return for visit!

Very well informed of my Left shoulder MRI and past surgeries performed here. Glad she is now a member of the group at Pinnacle orthopedics!

Listened to my request and suggested I remind her each visit.

Do not like her. This is going back to my very first visit with her several years ago. I was told today I had some options and of course the first one was surgery. I told her that I did not want surgery I wanted the gel. She told me I could but it would not fix the miniscus. I am not that stupid! I realize that. She also did not say if they would repair it or take it out. I also waited over 45 min for her 10 min conversation.

Lack of communication, doesn’t show much interest in patient care. Very direct and feel rushed out the door. I have experienced this more than one visit.

She was excellent describing my care treatments so I felt comfortable proceeding forward with my treatment plan. I would say she was personable yet highly professional. I would definitely trust everything she said about my care plan. I look forward to treating with her in the very near future.

After waiting for 2+ hours, and expecting to meet with my doctor, I instead was met by her physicians assistant and left with no real answer as t what is causing my pain. Then, at checkout, I had to pay them... This is, of course, after taking the afternoon off from my job.

I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to see her. Also, she acted like she didn’t know me when I had just seen her two weeks ago and she seemed rushed. In general, I like her very much, but I was a little upset about having to wait so long.
