She made me feel so much better, reassured me, and I'm so glad I came!
Did the minimum. Bit of a negative attitude. Adequate but could have been much more helpful. Unsympathetic would describe her demeanor well. She may have been having a bad day personally or something so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.
She listened to what I said. She explained what the corse of action would be going forward and offered me the option of getting a cortisone shot in my knee that day. I felt very confident in her professional advice.
Carrie was very personable and quick. I was in and out. However, I didn't get called back until 11:45 and my appt was for 11:15.
Dr. Huebener was knowledgeable and thorough during my last appointment. The shot she administered in the appointment before this one was virtually pain-free and she made me feel comfortable and confident that the surgery would go smoothly.
Answered all my concerns
Very knowledgeable. Explained my issue clearly. Answered all of my questions. Pleasant and kind
Always professional and friendly.
She explained things very well and was very professional.
Super nice and very good with a needle. Felt almost nothing.
