Cara is very kind understanding and professional. She seems to genuinely care about me but not much more can be done for me except a knee replacement down the road. I feel very frustrated and disappointed because I seem to have run out of options as insurance will not cover gel injections. I am still very uncomfortable and unsatisfied that I will likely have to wait until Medicare will cover the next phase of treatment

Carolyn is an incredible PA; she was thorough in explaining everything to me and because of her care, I was even able to receive the cortisone shot in my left knee today- I’ve never had one before and was terrified to do it but Carolyn got me thru it.
Always friendly, knowledgeable and gets right to the point. 😀
