I haven't been this pleased with a doctor's appointment in a long while. Caroline was thorough and knowledgeable. She made sure I understood everything we discussed and gave me time to ask all my questions.
I felt listened to and that we have a good game plan to address and correct my concerns.

I loved my whole experience in this office. The minute I walked into the office a friendly young lady assisted me. When a young lady came out to retrieve me for my appointment, we took a short way into a patient room. She was being very thoughtful as I am disabled and didn’t want me to have to take a long walk. She asked me a few questions. Then I was taken to another room to do an Audiology test. After the Audiology tests, Caroline answered all of my questions and provided me with information about my issue with hearing loss and made a recommendation. I really appreciate all the layman’s information that was given to me to help me understand my hearing issues. I think what impressed me the most about this office was the friendliness and absolute professionalism.

Caroline is thrilled to provide community ENT care at Head & Neck Surgery of Kansas City.
