Caroline McFeeters was absolutely outstanding. I’ve struggled with clogged ears, popping, and ear issues for the past 11 years and have seen three different ENT providers. She was the first person who took the time to thoroughly explain what has been causing my symptoms, why they’ve been happening, and what I can do going forward to manage them. She never made me feel rushed and answered every question with incredible knowledge and compassion. I left feeling more informed and hopeful than I have in over a decade. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an Emphasis in Pre-Physician Assistant studies. She is certified in Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support.
