He appeared not to be very friendly or concerned about the patient. I felt that he was not very concern for me as a patient, therefore, I felt very uncomfortable speaking with him. He also could not explain things very well that I had concerns about. He also acted like he did not want to be asked questions. He hung up quickly as I was still talking. Therefore, it was not a good visit.

Carlos was great himself, it was more the experience leading up to it that was not good.

The staff was wonderful from check-in to the assistants to the lady that did my breathing test. I got in the day after I called and had no wait except for me to do the new patient paperwork. Carlos Moreno was thorough and I will be back in 2 weeks after completing bloodwork.

Dr. Carlos was very short and curt to the point of interrupting me while trying to answer the questions I was being asked. He didn't provide any actual answers to the questions I had and honestly made me feel like I was wasting his time. The nurse who took me back was also rude leaving me to feel uncomfortable from the start. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone I know and will be seeking a different doctor to address my allergies.
