Carissa rushed out the door while I was still asking questions about my injury & 10 days have gone by & my insurance still did not put in the MRI request when they said it would take 3 days

I felt very rushed. I had a lot of questions which she answered yet I felt like we were on a timer. This approach does not feel good when you're coming to someone for expertise on a situation that's been quite problematic for some time. I don't know all of the questions to ask, I'm not a doctor. I feel like she could've taken the time to perhaps review dues and don'ts to move forward besides just giving a prescription for physical therapy. Helping me understand what it is that they could do differently than I'm doing and how that's gonna improve the chronic pain. Perhaps being a little less rushed and may be asking questions about what I've been doing thus far or trying to dive a little deeper into my situation would've been much helpful. I'm contemplating finding another office to visit moving forward.

Carissa has a great ability in calming patients down before administering the gel shot to my knees and talking it through as it’s happening. Great job and thank you! Knees feel better the second day.
