It’s fine. I’m still as confused as day one how this is going play out. Like a summary analysis. On my 20th doctor referral. Getting a lot of hypothetical referrals and no follow thru. So almost makes it a worthless consultation.

She gave me options of how to best move forward which makes me feel like I’m in charge of my healthcare. This is something so many physicians do not seem to care about. Wow! Candie is extremely smart and very professional. I felt like she really had a genuine concern for my elbow pain. She politely listened to my concerns and addressed my problem with knowledgeable explanations. She did xrays immediately and had me scheduled for an MRI. Talk about 'swift'... My visit took less than 1/2 an hour from check-in to check out.

Clearly Candalera was paying attention during the 'History and Examination' portion of her training. Through a meticulous examination of my shoulder and it's range of motion she was able to pin down my complaint of shoulder pain to 'bicep tendonitis'. Candy was so thorough with her physical exam with my 88 year old mother who had the onset of hip pain so severe after having had covid in November and after having been seen at the ROC where they were dismissive, to say the least, about her care. It was so nice to receive quality of care for my aged mother who is in really pretty great health and is typically a very spunky person until she could barely walk with this sudden onset that the ROC said was "just arthritis" even though her x-rays did not show extensive arthritis and the fact that it was a very sudden onset. I was so disappointed with them and delighted to receive attentive, quality care at Swift orthopedic with Candy! Trust me, it's worth it to seek another place beyond the ROC. They are not the only game in town! Candy was kind, attentive, open minded, considerate, gentle and listened to my mother's complaint.
