Dr.Jensen was excellent. She was very informative and thoughtful in our plan.

I was rushed by only getting 1 shot instead of the 2-3 that have been administered previously in my shoulder. I also felt dismissed, or like I was bothering her by being a patient as she never even introduced herself. PA Jensen was professional, but couldn't wait to get me out of her exam room. Since the shoulder of concern was not fully treated, I have to make another appointment to get it finished up. I don't want to go back to this same PA though.

She was very nice but did not mark my records properly. Stated that they put me in a boot and I would need to be in indefinitely. I asked about a boot and she said that they don’t do them for this type of break. Did not tell me when I should follow up. Records state that I was provided a finger buddy loop. Very interesting as I came in for a broken toe and nothing to do with my fingers. Checking out was also a challenge as the lady couldn’t remember at all what I was seen for and asked at least 5 times. Very unorganized. Unlikely to return to this urgent facility.
