My appointment was at 9am & didn’t get seen until 940am.
Excellence, professional
Calysta was awesome. What was horrible was the front end staff that checked me in specifically Libby C. who was very rude and very unwelcoming. She also became argumentative when I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately this has become an issue when visiting this office front end staff are rude, they don't acknowledge your presence and are unwelcoming while the back end staff doing outstanding job of customer service and customer satisfaction. The other two issues I have with this office is the extreme lack of parking and only one restroom for patients in the waiting room with this office being as busy as it is.
