Telemed appointment. Calista sounded concerned about what I had to say, and interestingly, offered sound advice during the conversation. It was a good call, informative, and Calysta displayed a modicum of empathy. She reassured, and dispelled my qualms.

very friendly and helpful
so nice. i never visit my favorite ortho office because im feeling great. she was very patient with my off sleep manners and my body posture to try to explain bones and joints that i just don’t have the names for. also just feeling like she actually cares and reminded me twice to check back in a few weeks and gave me background information on the doctor i would see. such a nice soul and o appreciate the extra grace on med request. i usually wait two weeks before reporting injuries in hopes they go away and i out myself in just a heap coming in today. thank you so much
