His rating is very good but as far as the office staff is concerned, I would give it one star. I requested an appointment with your hand surgeon because I have had the same problem in the past and always needed surgery. I was told that I needed to see Bryan first. He said I need to see the hand surgeon. It was a waste of both my time and his time. I decided not to see your hand surgeon. I will seek care elsewhere. My problem is trigger finger and I have had two previous surgeries.

This practice excels in patient care. I had been experiencing significant upper arm and shoulder pain during late 2019. In February 2020, Bryan Sheldon diagnosed it as "frozen shoulder." I began physical therapy later that month. Bryan monitored my treatment closely and encouraged me to commit to the treatment program. During our visits, he listened to me carefully and was adept at observing signs of progress. 1/2 a year later, I am mostly pain free and have full use of my arm. What I gained the most from Bryan was his support during the physicial therapy, which wasn't easy, but it worked well, just as he said!
