My experience with Bruce and the hand team at Swift was stellar. I went to Swift’s Urgent Care clinic after my thumb injury, Bruce evaluated my thumb and took an Xray. He determined that I had a fracture and, after an exam, a potential tear to the ligament. The thumb was braced and Bruce ordered an MRI that showed a partial ligament tear. Bruce recommended physical therapy by the excellent hand PT team at Swift, located in the same location. The hand therapists, Pam and Zoe, were excellent and I was impressed by the clear and concise sharing of treatment information between hand therapy and Bruce. 10-weeks later I had another follow-up with Bruce and the outcome with my thumb injury was excellent. The process from initial visit to a successful resolution of the injury was organized, well coordinated and handled professionally and with respect. I would highly recommend Bruce and the Hand Team at Swift. They have created one of the best patient experiences I’ve had. Thanks Bruce!
