Waited over an hour after our appointment for my 6 year olds cast! Then when my son was scared no one at this place payed any attention to him! The front desk staff left so I wasn’t able to make an appointment for the next cast. When I called to make that appointment I was on hold for over 30 minutes and the lady I spoke to was rude and didn’t seem to listen to anything I was saying! I do not recommend this place!! I have made an appointment at ROC to continue my son’s care! I will not return! I’m also contacting insurance because I don’t feel this doctor should be paid for the awful experience we had there!! For my child!! Definitely don’t go if you have little kids! This staff doesn’t have good pediatric service at all!!

Every other person that has tired to help me with the aid of technology, has still stuck bone and leaves me both in pain and sore for a few days.Those that have tired to administer the shot manually through my asking, have not been able to without striking bone. The associate who originally took me up went to look for it, came back and said it wasn’t there, I said I left it in the table, she went back and came back with only my right shoulder paperwork. I said there’s another page for my left shoulder. She went back and checked the file and said she also checked the room again. No paperwork. She made me feel like I was making it up. Not impressed with her at all. No customer service. I would not recommend her.
