The reviews listed below were collected independently of Swift Institute through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
First visit with Swift Orthopedic. Was sent by Renown Orthopedic Service as Renown currently does not have Hand physician.
The staff from check in ,Ben who walked back to the room, Dr. Gallio and check out team more than met my expectations.
As for Bruce Gallio- I felt as though he is patient oriented, communicated well with me, gave me options for my current issues and look forward to have him help solve my issues. I worked in healthcare for many years and it’s comforting to hear positive things about what a good team he works with at Swift.

He was very dismissive. I had some concerns about the pain in my elbows and the tingling in my hand and his response was “sounds like you just had surgery”. The staples in my elbow were removed by the assistant prior to the PA coming in for my appointment. My incision was red and sore however he couldn’t see it because the assistant covered it up with a bandage. Hopefully my appointment with Dr. Lilliquist will be better.

Bruce is the best. He listens and works toward the resolution that is only best interest. I d worked with him for years and I’m grateful for the way he advocates for the best possible outcomes.
