Very professional!!

Made me fill comfortable as he listened to my complaints with my arm.

Excellent listener, thorough exam of painful area.

I really liked Bruce & felt heard & listened to. However this is the 2nd time that I’ve been to Swift in a week, sent there by the person upfront who I spoke on the phone to.. one told me to come to the urgent pain center in south Reno & when I arrived the PA said she only dealt with broken bones, not pain. I complained & refused to pay for a visit when I was sent there by your own staff who obviously knows nothing about the services you provide. They then set me up with Bruce, who was absolutely great, listened to me & my issues with CRPS for 4 years, etc etc, but alas was unable to do anything for me so referred me out yet again. I’ve now spent a total of 5 days in the hospital for pain control (which I can’t afford after four years of surgeries & failed blocks and implants) & am still in excruciating pain. The fact that the FDA/gov has saw fit to come in & tell medical providers how & who they can rx to while leaving the s. border open for fentanyl to pour across is unreal.

Waited over an hour after our appointment for my 6 year olds cast! Then when my son was scared no one at this place payed any attention to him! The front desk staff left so I wasn’t able to make an appointment for the next cast. When I called to make that appointment I was on hold for over 30 minutes and the lady I spoke to was rude and didn’t seem to listen to anything I was saying! I do not recommend this place!! I have made an appointment at ROC to continue my son’s care! I will not return! I’m also contacting insurance because I don’t feel this doctor should be paid for the awful experience we had there!! For my child!! Definitely don’t go if you have little kids! This staff doesn’t have good pediatric service at all!!

Bruce is the most proficient when it comes to administering an shoulder injection. Bruce still owns the lost skill of being able to administer the injection without the need for technology or external devices. He is the only one I know that can give the shot in this way and not strike bone. Every other person that has tired to help me with the aid of technology, has still stuck bone and leaves me both in pain and sore for a few days.Those that have tired to administer the shot manually through my asking, have not been able to without striking bone. Thank you Bruce for making it both quick, and painless. No need to heal for days now after an injection!

Also, after my appointment Bruce said, don’t forget your paperwork and I did leave it behind. I realized it when I got to the bottom of the stairs as I was leaving. Went back up. The associate who originally took me up went to look for it, came back and said it wasn’t there, I said I left it in the table, she went back and came back with only my right shoulder paperwork. I said there’s another page for my left shoulder. She went back and checked the file and said she also checked the room again. No paperwork. She made me feel like I was making it up. Not impressed with her at all. No customer service. I would not recommend her.
