Just walked in, didn't knock on the door. Didnt introduce him self. He did a 5 minute test to see if I have carpal tunnel, asked if I wanted a shot or to schedule surgery. I asked for a shot. When he came in he just checked the shot on the table and used a alcohol wipe to clean my wrist. Never asked about allergies to medication, then gave me the shot. The whole time with no gloves on.
