First, the wait time was excessively long. Furthermore, during my breast exam, the provider asked about my exercise habits and recommended weight training. As someone who has worked hard to lose over 100 pounds, I found these unsolicited comments irrelevant to my gynecological care and highly inappropriate, especially since I never raised any concerns regarding my body image.
Waited over 25 minutes just to have a conversation could’ve been a phone appointment

Brooke was so nice and such a calming presence. Her demeanor really helped calm the anxiety I was feeling. She really listened to everything I said and offered solutions or at least got the ball rolling.
