Brittney was great and we talked about possibilities of my care.
Wonder pre-op appointment she was knowledgeable, encouraging and kind to me.
Not thorough, condescending, unprofessional, and had no empathy. Did not instill confidence as a qualified practitioner. Seemed unconcerned and rushed. Did not do a complete exam.
She explained everything that was happening with my knee and my options. Everything was clear enough to make a great decision for myself. Her presence was kind so I felt comfortable when are gave me the shot. Thank you.
Britt answered all my questions and is a pro at giving cortisone injections. A+
