Brittney asked the relative questions about my knee pain, etc,. She showed me & explained the X-ray results. Brittney provided info, instructions, & what to be aware of, in the knee area. She explained options to remedy/ improve my arthritis. We agreed that PT would be beneficial to build my muscle strength in my knees. She was very nice & I felt at ease. She examined my knee, was very thorough, & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. We discussed where to go for PT & locations. Brittney set up the referral & explained that PT would call me to set up the appointments. I will definitely go back to Brittney for any future needs! . KWH
