Brittany listened carefully to my specific complaints, reviewed x-rays, explaining to me as she went. She described actions I should take in recovery and set expectations. She answered my questions and reminded me multiple times that I can touch place if I have questions or things do not improve. I left the office with a plan, confident in my eventual recovery.

She is very nice and clearly intelligent. But she did not give me all of the information I needed to treat my foot. Therefore I came back for a treatment and was then warned about it. She also then chose to offer a strong pain prescription which should have been offered at my first visit. I pay a huge amount of copay because I am self employed and have bad insurance. That visit for which i basically received nothing cost me $400 and my time. I am unhappy about this and unhappy about the resolution which was basically for me to get over it. I like your practice but I wish you would inspire your practitioners to make sure that information should be thorough and there should be no assumption of good insurance. It feels awful to pay for nothing and that is what I did. Again she is very nice and I am sure would be very good if she didn’t dole out little bits of information instead of giving me a thorough picture at the first appointment. I think this is a problem at your practice.

Very good she explained everything, she made the whole experience very relaxing did what she had to do and I was comfortable. The whole office staff were very nice and helpful thank you start PT in October.

This was second time I brought my son to be seen by Brittany and she was very good with him and myself. First time he was seen for a foot sprain and second time for ankle pain. Brittany is a great listener, knowledgeable, awesome with kids and take her time to explain the diagnosis. We’re happy with the way she treats us medically and personally. I was evaluated for a knee replacement, but Brittany recommended a more conservative approach - cortisone injections and physical therapy. The day after my cortisone injection I had no pain in my knee at all for the first time in years. I am beyond thrilled!
