Brittany Barr, PA-C

Brittany Barr, PA, is a physician assistant practicing at EmergeOrtho. After earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Brittany worked in the medical intensive care at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center. In May of 2026, she joined EmergeOrtho – Coastal Region, bringing three years of advanced critical care experience.

Now a member of the sports medicine team led by Scott Dart, MD, Brittany uses her strong critical judgment, procedural precision and patient-centered communication to care for patients with a variety of orthopedic concerns, including injuries to the knee, ankle, shoulder and hip.
