Brianna Cook, PA-C

Brianna Cook, PA-C, grew up on Long Island, New York before relocating to the Carolinas. She attended High Point University for two years before transferring to UNC Chapel Hill where she graduated with a BA in Exercise Science. Between undergrad and PA school she worked as a certified nursing assistant and clinical support technician at UNC Children’s Hospital in Chapel Hill on an acute care unit. This position is where she discovered her love for working with pediatric patients. She attended Charleston Southern University’s Physician Assistant program from 2023-2024 and graduated with a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. During her clinical year she completed her pediatric rotation in the ICU and acute care unit at McLeod’s Children’s Hospital in Florence, SC. She is very excited to begin her career as a pediatric PA with SouthernMED.

In her free time Brianna enjoys cooking, weightlifting, and going for walks along Charleston’s many waterfront pathways.
