Brian Wynalda, PA-C, is a licensed, board-certified physician assistant who works alongside Dr. Minhas in the treatment and prevention of orthopedic hand, wrist, and elbow injuries. Brian joined the practice in 2021, and treats all orthopedic injuries with a focus on hand, wrist, and elbow maladies.
As a physician assistant, Brian evaluates and treats patients independently and acts as a first-assist in surgical cases with Dr. Minhas. He also routinely orders and interprets X-rays in the office and coordinates more advanced imaging such as MRI or CT scans as needed.
Brian has earned Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification, as well as the Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Brian is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily and walking his German Shepherd, Kai. In the warmer months, he enjoys biking, golfing and other various sports.

Brian was clear, calm, and educational. I’d been to the ER for a finger injury and the concern was possible surgery. Brian was able to quickly identify why surgery would not be necessary. Thank you for explaining the injury, how to treat it, and the recovery time.
