Brian was very helpful. Explained what was going on with my toe and gave me multiple treatment options. We selected the one that fit best for me with my job and activity level.

Appt felt very rushed. My son rolled his ankle in gym class 4 days prior to appt and was having a hard time describing the pain. Brian was quick to pawn it off as "growing pains" and started fastly moving my son's foot around to stretch it. Mind you, my son did not complain of pain and was not limping prior to incident that occurred in gym class. I am one that usually gives the benefit of a doubt, but it just seemed like he was in a hurry and did not really care to listen. Sent home with 1 stretch for growing pains and a return in a week if no improvement. Appt lasted maybe 3 minutes. It was a complete waste of time.

Bedside manners were amazing and he was gentle and concerned. He helped me understand the severity and my possible options and still made me feel optimistic for my future treatment.

Pleasant and knowledgeable, listened to my questions and answered them. Gave me information I needed to understand my ankle problem. Ordered X-rays last visit and set me up with exercises. Doing better. Thank you.

Bcuz he wears bow-ties!
In all seriousness, this was 1st time I meat w/Brian. Because I've been cared for by many wonderful support & medical staff over the years, I know whoever comes in to my life, is a God-send for me for whatever it is that's impacting bones, joints, etc. Knowing everything from diagnostic imaging to being shown on screen to full eval...what is happening, what the course of action should/must be...I know everything is explained; questions asked by me, w/responses I understand is what I get. Starting w/alternatives b4 I make decision for poss. surgery. I appreciate this; that we are a team :) Brian is new in my life. Yet one more reason that EVERYONE there is a part of my "family."
