Having a Doctor who listens and isn't dismissive of patient experience is sadly not a given. Dr. Wallace was the unicorn we want in a doctor. I have had enough bad experiences at almost 50 as a woman that I go into every new appointment with apprehension. I am happy to add Dr. Wallace to my medical team and cannot recommend him enough.
Everyone from the front staff, to the nurse and the Doc himself was kind and affirming.

This doctor was very good to me he listened to me about my on going ear problem he was absolutely great and seemed to be honestly concerned and cared bout my on going ear problem and was quick to set me up for further evaluation and on going treatment
