He's the only medical professional we will see and the only reason we stay with Heritage. Heritage overall treatment of senior citizens is appalling. The overall medical care at Heritage is abominable. .

I love Dr North. I have had so many bad experiences at your facility with primary care drs. Especially getting used to one than they leave. Brent always listens to me and to wbat im feeling. He is knowledgable on issues as well. The only thing he is getting pretty booked up hes like a month out but i can understand why. Overall i have great experiences with brent north and the urgent care
His assistant called me last week and my appointment time was 10:45. I arrived on time and waited and waited and waited. I NEVER saw the doctor as they said my appointment was 11:30. Oh well you guys don’t care
