Explains the results clearly, options available and correct direction to follow
Poor bedside manner and patient interactions. Communication is lacking any substance. Spends more time staring at the computer screen than speaking directly with the patient in the room. Does not seem interested in answering questions I had. I felt that he viewed me as a time filler or object, rather than a person.
Brent was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that.
Brent was very good to work with. I'm sorry that he will not be back to see me next year per the receptionist.
Very pleased
We waited 30 minutes beyond our appointment time. He didn't seem to know Nan's history and didn't really seem interested in the exam. He said he was tired and needed a nap. I felt he was just going through the motions. At check out it was mentioned that he won't be here for her next appointment in March 2026. We were not informed that we would be seeing him for the appointment as we were booked with Piya Patel. I think we should have been notified by the practice before the appointment so we could have decided on the provider.
This was my first visit to the practice. Brent was very thorough, he read my chart and listened to my questions and concerns. Very personalable.
Pleasant. Professional. Informative knowledgeable
