Enjoyed my visit very informative
It was obvious immediately that Brendan is very efficient and knowledgeable. However I was struck by his coldness and inability to directly look at me. Everyone else has been pleasant, even friendly, meeting Brendan was disconcerting. I have several more appointments with him after my surgery, so perhaps this was a fluke. We’ll see.
