My procedure was painful, but Brendan was very understanding about the discomfort and did a very good job. I can't remember the name of the nurse, but she hekd my hand and talked me thru it.

When my appointment was scheduled, was told I would be seeing Dr. Rion. Was very happy about that since reviews I read were extremely positive. Saw his PA instead, which would’ve been fine except I feel he was dismissive of some of my concerns. I also had to wait quite a while to be seen by him despite being brought back very timely. I’ve been referred to a different doctor in the practice so hoping that goes better.
