Everything is very good
Lacked compassion & kind bedside manner. She scolded me for not taking my prescribed med, yet I never was notified of a RX entry or ready for pick up. She "couldn't tell me where or if the RX had even been sent" Spoke in medical terms I didnt understand & she was troubled when I asked questions.Then, I could't participate in the trial injection Medicare requires, since my pain is not generated by a 45 car ride to Dr.'s office, but at night, & standing more than 30 mts. She said I had to arrive in severe pain or I would be sent home. So how can I receive help?She truly offered none. Rushed thru appt. I was in the middle of asking a question, & she stood up and walked to the door. I told her I was still talking with her. She said she had other patients to get to. I had to wait a full hour till another appt. was available due to being 4 mts late to my appt. (Truly NOT my error, but a Google map disconnect and improper recharting me when re-engaged). They didn't care. I WON'T return here
