Great encounter with Brandon, he is easy to talk to and explains everything.
I am not trying to be hard on Brandon however I don't feel he's really knowledgeable enough with my condition and of course I am very concerned about my recovery process when it comes to my right leg & right foot "drop foot issue" that I seem to developed post surgery.

Very thorough. Diplomatic but candid when requested. Spent time to show and explain X-rays and scans and described likely recommended course of treatment ahead. Listens and answers questions with his best advice about options. Leaves a great impression about the team he represents
